Legendary Irish accordion player and singer Seamus Begley and guitar virtuoso Jim Murray are about to embark on a nationwide tour with their new album. ?irí Go Lá (Up Until Dawn) is the duo’s long-awaited follow up to their acclaimed debut album Ragairne which won both Hot Press Magazine and The Irish Times’ Traditional Irish Album of the Year? ?irí Go Lá is a rousing celebration of tune and song and features material sourced mainly from the pair’s native counties of Cork and Kerry - much of which has never been previously recorded. Begley combines energetic box playing with stunning vocals while a self penned title from Murray, who also produced the album completes this captivating and diverse collection.
