Lucan based the Gandhis release their debut album through 1969Records. Having played sold out shows in Dublin in Radio City and Whelans, the Gandhis return with –You are my Friend- to promote. Singles –Zaza-Don’t you want to be loved by me –and-A guy like me- have received extensive radio airplay, culminating in an appearance on Saturday Night with Miriam on RTE television in August 2009.
